The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.
Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚
I'm still finding a good balance between my daily Hive tasks, and my tasks and projects that I want and need to do here at GaiaYoga Gardens. Both are very important to me, so I've been doing my best to divide my time in a beneficial and useful way between them. I've spoken of this challenge many times in these posts. Now that I have a potentially suitable laptop on the way (I won't know until I can get my hands on it to verify), soon I'll also be diving back into my beloved Arch Linux. This means I will need to find an effective means of giving proper focus to all three domains.
As I've mentioned here in various posts and comments, I'm a tech geek too, but not just for any kind of technology, but rather for Free and Open Source Software and Hardware (FOSSH), Linux, and most specifically, Arch Linux. Before my last laptop died (it served me well for several years), I had three different installations of Arch Linux on three separate hard drives. I also have a hard-drive cloner, which I used to keep an up-to-date clone of each of my three Arch installations. With Arch I was able to successfully implement every crazy thing that I wanted to do, and boy oh boy did I do some bloody cool stuff!
Arch Linux, like Hive, takes time to learn and do well, especially the way I use it! Since I haven't used it at all since my computer died more than a year and a half ago, I need to bring myself back up to speed with managing my Arch systems. I don't exactly know how or where I'm going to fit in the time to do this yet. I used to devote a lot of time to Arch, and that was before Hive, so I've got no clue yet how I'm going to balannce them both well, and give my life here at GaiaYoga the time, attention, and care that it deserves as well. I know I'll likely begin posting here about my adventure in Arch Linux. I rather like that idea.
I kept my usual cadence today, with a lovely time up at the Flow House, enjoying my superfood fire coffee, while I did my various Hive tasks. I'm getting quite comfortable with the daily flow of my Hive tasks, which I seem to get done faster and faster. That's a really good thing, as it gives me more time for other important things, too. I finished my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: Determination Trumps Ability post quite quickly once again, and it flowed really easily again, too. I've definitely fallen into a nice flow with those posts!
Once I finished my superfood fire coffee, and had all my Hive tasks done for a bit, I left the Flow House to go do some work. I was going to repair, but ended up replacing, the handle on the door to the Landing. It was a litle more involved than I had anticipated, but I'm good at improvising and figuring things out, so in the end I got it done, and it turned out quite well! I had to water the plants in my nursery thoroughly again today, as we still haven't had any substantial rain in about a week now, which is somewhat unusual, especially in winter. I also ended up helping Ano for a few hours modifying a new tarp awning on the outside of Tutu's, often in very contorted, precarious, and uncomfortable positions.
Once I was done with the balancing act hanging off of Tutu's, I went to the Landing to make myself some food, then I headed back up to the Flow House for another round of Hive catch up and tasks, one of which was to write this post.
Brittany and her two kids, Miria and Nerian, left GaiaYoga today. Sundog (the fellow who built the Flow House), who was here for two days helping out with repairs after the very strong winds that we had here last week, also finally gave word that he will not be returning to GaiaYoga. He's been living and working at La'akea (a sister intentional community) for the past few months, and now wants to become a trial member there. In my time here at GaiaYoga I've experienced so many waves of people coming and going. I do really wish more people would stay. With Sundog not returning, though, that means that I'll be able to remain in the Flow House, which is one really wonderful thing!
OK my dear Hive friends, it's time for me to wrap this post up and go finish my other Hive tasks before bed. I'm grateful that all of you are here with me in this amazing Hive Blockchain Ecosystem! I appreciate you all! Until tomorrow! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
