I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Well, as many of you have likely already noticed, all Hive-Engine nodes are presently struggling, and not functional, due to intense DDOS attacks. There's also the issue of transaction attacks, which is the reason for the rate limits, which have been wrecking havoc with bots and payout scripts, being increasingly implemented for Hive-Engine transactions. Yeah, it's a bit rough at the moment.
As Bjorn, with his very-limited time, attempts to adapt our payout scripts to the new Hive-Engine transaction rate limits, his task is made doubly difficult by our layer-2 infrastructure being mostly inaccessible, so yeah, more patience is seemingly required. The last daily-ALIVE-dividends payout failed entirely, with no assets at all being sent successfully, and with all Hive-Engine nodes presently struggling and not available, the payouts today will likely fail as well, sadly.
The attacks on Hive Engine, which are focused, intense, and quite efficient, appear to be very well coordinated, which strongly suggests that they are not simply from a few disgruntled individuals, but rather from much more large-scale, well-organized blitzkriegs. While this is certainly not good, up until this point the Hive community has always been able to adapt to, improvise around, and surmount any and all obstacles that have been thrown at it, coming out stronger and better than before. I have no doubt that this will be the case this time around as well.
We don't have an ETA yet for when the payout scripts will be working as intended again, other then to say that we're endeavoring to accomplish that as soon as possible. That's not ideal, but it's the truth. I can't even do any layer-2 asset management at the moment...lol! Just know this: we will always find a way!
On a more positive note, I crossed the threshold of 14,000 Hive Power early yesterday afternoon, much to my satisfaction. Now I just have to gain a little under 1,000 HP in about two-month's time, to reach my year-end goal of 15,000 Hive Power. It's going to be close, I'll just say that, but I'm going to do my darndest!
Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, just before 2:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and collecting coconut water and coconut meat from several younger coconuts to begin another round of kefir fermentation. Once I had those completed, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, after which I walked around the property, to do a round of banana harvesting (none ready yet). Upon getting that done, I took a shower, then off to Tutu's I went, to retrieve various food supplies for the Landing. When I got back to the Landing, I nibbled on some leftover food that I had in the fridge, and after eating my fill, and collecting my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge as well, I made my way back to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I was able to get through everything by just after 9PM, and after some asset management, I went to bed, super early, just after 10:15PM. I woke up around 6AM to the sound of Avi and Chelsea coming up on the lava, on their way to my small wood-pallet platform that I have a little way out on the lava field, to watch the sunrise. I decided to join them, which was an enjoyable variance from my usual morning activities. Once they left, I went back to the Flow House to try to do some asset management ('try' being the operative word here), though with all Hive-Engine nodes being down, I just went to the Landing, to make my superfood fire coffee, and then I came right back to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 11:15AM, so it's quite a lovely time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my other few important Hive tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's version of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Bradley's tenaciously committed and all-in on Hive for the long haul (just like me!), and the higher his witness goes in the ranking, the higher the weekly BBH and BBHO dividend payouts will be! Vote Here!
