I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I express my love for Hive, Arch Linux, and GaiaYoga Gardens often in these posts, and this evening I was thinking and feeling into why I am so tenaciously committed and passionate about all three. In the most basic terms, it's because they are all very much DIY (Do It Yourself), both for the individual and the community, and I am able to do what I want, in my own way, on my own terms, in all three domains. That's very significant, and quite amazing!
I want to start onboarding people to Hive in a more focused way, but before I do that I want to go over all of the information that I've collected and bookmarked so far, to see what's actually most useful for getting people up to speed on Hive quickly and effectively. I already have multiple people asking about it.
I want to teach people about Linux in general, and Arch Linux specifically, in person or maybe even through dedicated regular posts here on Hive. That's an idea that's I've been thinking about actually doing. I don't know if I want to try do that kind of post every day, as I'm already doing two per day as it is now. The idea intrigues me, though.
Most of my morning through the later afternoon was spent up at the Flow House catching up on Hive from yesterday, and a bit of research into kernel configuration in Arch Linux. When I finally left the Flow House to go do some work on the land, I was pretty well caught up on Hive, thankfully. I did a few small and short tasks, and then worked in my nursery and in the fenced garden for a while, which I really enjoyed. I really want to start doing regular plant and garden posts again, too! I loved doing those. They just take a bit of time to put together, and that's part of why I haven't really done them at all since living in Seaview. They're on my list, though!
We caught the second sheep today finally. The free one went into the Durian Orchard to be with the one we caught yesterday, so we blocked the exits, and later finally caught that one to put back inside the movable and modular sheep fencing, to be with the other one.
After catching and putting the escaped sheep back into the fenced area with the other one, I made some food for myself in the Landing, poured myself more of my medicinal tea, then headed back to the Flow House to do more Hive catch up, a few tasks, and then to write and publish my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: The Beautiful Balance of Idealism and Pragmatism post, and then begin writing this one.
So it was a lovely day working on Hive, Arch Linux, and with my plants, three things I love! It's just about 11PM, so I'm going to wrap up this post now and go get more food, as I'm hungry again! I also want to sleep very soon, too! I deeply appreciate you all! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
