Hello crypto-friends!
This Wednesday 23 August was an active Wednesday.
My first picture I am sharing is the enter of a little temple in North Point. Some years ago, when I arrived, a friend indo-chinese took me here to offer the incense. The usual is to take three, fire it and move in the four direction before left to Buda.
After that I took a picture of a nice view to the Central Library.
The sky was clear but with some clouds in a side, it was a sunny Wednesday. The Central Library is one of my favourite places for reading or just to stay for some hours. There's a facility to charge my computer and my phone.
Later, over Causeway Bay, it caught my eye the little bus.
This transport they called Light Bus. It makes me think how they input names in the popular transport in different places. In this case the name makes reference to the light, the neon light and the little size. In Mexico city they call Pesera or Combi. When I arrived to Mexico city, I tough they called it Pesera because of taking passengers as sardines... but not. Pesera is coming from the coin $Peso. Long time ago, one peso was enough to take the transport. It is so far from the actual cost.
On the afternoon, I did a new class with a student over New Territories. It's kind of fare, but at least the train makes connection to Admiralty which is very near to Central. It reduces time, saving around 30 minutes comparing to the old way, just a couple of years before.
Before I used to take the Red line, then transfer to the Green line and finally transfer to the train in the Blue line.
The area is near to the Science Museum. And I took a picture of Charles K. Kao Auditorium. The design is very out of common. It looks like a Spacial ship.
When I took the transport coming back, a police was stoping a motorcycle driver.
Maybe he got a fine or they just checked documents.
Coming back I took some pictures of Admiralty station. As usual there is a lot of people.
Out of the subway, I took a picture of a little street full of small shops in Central. You can find from Keychains, stuff for cellphones and shoes repairing.
It was 6:45 pm. And it was 31 degrees. Hot as usual, with some raining during the evening.
And my last picture I am sharing the enter of a shop that shows the influence of French.
It says as name:
Officine Universelle Buly
Here they sell scents, candles, oils, soaps, etc. This Pharmacy is and international brand as I found out just googling it.
And that's all for this Wednesday!
Thank you for your always rewarding support!
