In times of promotion in our work, we need to have our research to really justify that you are knowledgeable enough in everything. Research is very important in terms in our promotion for its support our findings in many things.
In our department in the elementary level and in Secondary level our division call for a teacher who will be representing our division in any research-based events in the regional level. We are representing the Division, and we are competing 11 Divisions. We are very happy that the trust was given to us, and the pressure is there but we just close our eyes and trust the Lord in our journey.
The journey is not easy; we had to undergone may challenges as we go through to our gathering of data and asking for the permission to conduct the study. Still there was a need to adjust to the availability of the respondents to sign the inform consent and the privacy act. We must wait for their response if they will agree or voluntarily agreed to the rules and regulation of the research.
During the conduct of the research, it is very important that you and the respondents are comfortable to each other so that they can answer the question with honesty and reliability. Our panelist is very accommodating and ready to help the needy one because Me myself can also justify the situation. You must be a good listener so that you can easily take note about corrections and suggestions.
Wow! After two years of completing our research, I finally made it. I was called by a Human Resource department that I had promoted due to many accomplishments and of course my research was being published. All things got in place, and I am very thankful for all the supports I got from my family and friends. I have also other co-teachers who are also promoted in higher position.
I always thanks God for all the blessings He bestowed upon us in unexpected ways. I am very thankful to all who in one way or another give their trust and understanding to me. Thank you for reading
