Hello, my friends.
This is a post to go with #WednesdayWalk challenge by
A walk with my daughter is like a holiday for me. I'm talking about my eldest daughter. We very rarely see her now, there are 1000km between us. And when I visit her, we always try to spend time actively. These can be museums, exhibitions, just walking in parks or along the embankment of the Moscow River. And if the weather is also wonderful, then staying at home is just a crime!
And so, friends, I invite you to take a walk with me along the river. 4 kilometers there and 4 back. I promise you the sun, water and clean pleasant spring air.
I thought there was no ice on the river anymore. But I was wrong. The ice is still very strong and fishermen sit with fishing rods quite safely. And I haven't walked on ice with a fishing rod for 5 years.
One fisherman arrived on such a transport. At first we thought that it was the specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations who arrived and would scold the fishermen. But it turned out that the man came to fish himself.
On the bank of the river there is a sign with the inscription "access to the ice is prohibited." But in Russia, such signs never scare anyone. Moreover, people can enter the ice from another place. It's just that the officials received a command that they should put up signs. They gave the command to ordinary performers. They put up signs and reported to the bosses everything is done. The bosses reported on the work done to the higher managers. Everyone is happy, everyone has received a prize for this work!
Spring! These are the silver fluff on the willow - this is a sign that spring has begun and the warmth has come!
The last time I was on this embankment was in the fall of 2019. I must say that a lot of changes have taken place both on the embankment itself and on the other shore. This structure reminds me of the Roman Colosseum. He wasn't there last time. And I didn't see the buildings in the photos above in 2019 either.
In 2019, the embankment itself was not built entirely yet.
This building was. But it was strange. It seems to have been disassembled. At first it was built, but it turned out that it was incorrectly covered with glass and decided to redo it. Therefore, after the construction, repairs began immediately.
There's a bridge in the distance. We're going to the bridge!
In 2019, it was impossible to walk in this place, there was no sidewalk, they were still under construction. I thought we'd get to the bridge and turn back.
Beautiful, spacious, free!
There are a lot of small children. They ride scooters, just walk with their dads holding the handle. Young mothers roll babies in strollers. A real idyll.
At this point I will interrupt my walk so as not to overload you, friends, with an abundance of pictures. Tomorrow I will go further along the river under the bridge.
