A WHIRLWIND AND WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY WALK FOR MY BIRTHDAY! PART #4

Hi there everyone, I hope that you are all well and having wonderful #WednesdayWalks all around the world!

I'm a wee bit early today for the #WEDNESDAYWalk post because I'm coming to you from the future 🤣😂😅 AND I'll be in transit, heading back to Melbourne tomorrow on a coach and a train for 9 hours with spotty internet connection for most of it, so I'm going to get a headstart and upload this post now, as I was actually meant to post it last Wednesday, but ran out of time, so infact I'm actually a week late! 😱🤣 (And it's going to be Wednesday for me in an hour anyway...😃..)

Anyway, it is with great thanks to Hive account@tattodjay for creating this amazing community for me to share my travels here with you all, so I hope that you enjoy this whirlwind tour and that it makes you smile too Hive account@elizacheng for the #makemesmile initiative.

So for the 4th and unfortunately final leg of my BIG birthday bash, I left my best friend Lisa to enjoy her home around the Northern Rivers of NSW, swimming in this

And walking along this

And caught the train from the airport to the historic Central Station here

Till I made it to my aunt and uncles house to meet these guys

and fell in love with these beauties

before being shown this handcrafted wooden box that my Maternal Grandfather made for my mum back in the 1940's sometime

which contained these priceless heirlooms of my Maternal Grandfather John Scott Giffen Snr

And then a couple of days later to sit down with my aunt, to record her on video talking about my late Uncle, John Scott Giffen Jnr- Magician extraordinaire and president of Ring 102 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians for many years and the Genii's too.

And here they were at a gala dinner in Sydney sometime in the 1960's.

And here are some random pages I have chosen from the 4 scrapbooks that he made about his world travels which I found in Mum's cupboards 5 years ago...

Then on my last night there, I went to see my Mum's very best friend of 70 odd years to catch up with her and her daughter and meet their beautiful cat (who just LOVED me...)

And then the cat had a cry when I had to get up to leave..

And then before I left, I looked up at the sky to see this amazing scene

The end.

Well actually it's not really the end. Far from it actually because remember this was only a very brief overview of an extremely busy holiday where I flew 4 times, visited about 8 different places and saw about 7 lots of friends and family in 20 days.

And not to mention the new friends that I met, the 7k still photos and 20+ videos that I took along the way too....
