Here I am after some boring days of rest and a few doctor's appointments. I got the green light to get back on my routine and walking... I was in fact advised to walk and lose some weight. But the fact I got some answers HFS put me in a way better mood.
Aquí me encuentro luego de unos aburridos días de reposo y unas cuantas visitas médicas. Ya tengo nuevamente luz verde para retomar mi rutina y caminar... de hecho una de las cosas que me han aconsejado es caminar y bajar un poco de peso. Pero el tener respuestas me ha puesto de un mejor ánimo.
I finally get to take my daughter to school and I have taken this opportunity to take some photographs along the way.
Finalmente puedo llevar a mi hija a la escuela y he aprovechado ésta oportunidad para tomar algunas fotografías en el camino.
On our way we have to cross a few blocks in which the neglect and deterioration is evident... the contrast between modern structures and the ruins of yesterday.
En la trayectoria debemos cruzar unas cuantas cuadras en las que se evidencia el deterioro, el abandono... el contraste entre el modernismo y las ruinas del ayer.
Half demolished buildings, the abandoned construction site of a metro station. And, of course, it wouldn't be me if I didn't take the chance to say hi to the kitties I find on my way.
