Today was a good day for me. I rose really early because I had a lot to accomplish for the day. I am a contract worker. Which means I can get called in for work but I'm not on a salary; I'm on daily wages. I like it that way. I have time for myself too which is a plus. However, there are days when I want out of the house and go stay at the Radio Station where I interned.
Today, I wanted out of the house for a different reason. To distribute some of these...
But, I decided to make a small detour when I noticed how perfect the weather seemed to be.
I had the perfect place in mind to go for relaxation after distributing the flyers and hopefully even talk about the upcoming league to people I find there but alas...When I got there, I received the news that the park has been closed. The person told me it was sold.
What a shame...
Well, it is what it is. I decided to just walk back a bit and breathe before going back home. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant to go home because a project was sitting right on my desk. I have been working on this Assignment since last night and truth be told, I felt a little burned out.
Not so far from the gate, I met with these side beauties...

He noticed me hovering and thought I was a customer. I felt a bit bad to have disappointed him. Maybe someday soon, I'll come to get something for my place. Not a bad idea...

Sometimes, I wonder if I am actually sane with the conversations I have with myself. Am I the only person who asks and answers their own questions?
Crown-of-thorns is the name. I was not surprised with that discovery. I mean... Look at it!

Further ahead, when I was just contemplating taking a bike home, I saw this...
What got my attention was the RESORT upfront and so I thought maybe this was just a public view and something was behind. That wasn't the case when I asked the attendants. The view here? That was it. So, I was thinking, "are they making future prophesies?" If so, then I understand the plan.
There was a small kitchen beside it. This is basically a sit out and I really like the concept. This is a place I'd like to visit with my girlfriends and/or Mom and just chill to talk. It is out of the house with indoor feels...
I would be back to taste their menu soon...I hope it's good...

Well, I rounded up my walk with a bottle of water. I made a promise to not take Soda this month. So, water! water!! water!!
And I went home...to face the very thing I was running away from. However, I had new ideas. So, I wasn't so burned out afterall...
