Wednesday Walk - Reminisce - 3-2 Park, Hue
Hello dear Hivers in the Wednesday Walk community, it was a walk of mine at 3-2 Park during my business trip to Hue city. This park is located in a convenient location on Le Loi Street, right next to the romantic Huong River and opposite Hue University of Education. This park is named after a big day in Vietnam. It was the founding day of the Communist Party of Vietnam, February 3, 1930.
Located in a convenient location right in the heart of Hue city, it is considered as the lung of the city. I got there around 1pm on the break of a nearby conference. And of course it's a great place to take a rest. Despite the bustle of nearby Le Loi Street, this park is very peaceful and fresh with many trees in the grounds.
The old trees here seem to have been planted hundreds of years ago. When I was there, it was the season of phoenix flowers, so they covered a corner of the park in red. There are many sculptures arranged in the park grounds further enhancing its beauty. The stone benches under the big trees are the perfect place to rest and relax. Also a lot of other people went there to walk like me. Cyclo is a typical vehicle in my country. They are beautiful cars with three wheels. You can book them so they can take you to see the city in those cute cyclos. I ended my walk by stopping by a small sweet soup (a popular and delicous dish in Hue) shop and enjoying two glasses of tapioca and lotus seed sweet soup.
Today is a rather cold and murky day in my place, Mang Den town, so I have remembered sunny days in my travels. And the time at 3-2 park was a very relaxing time. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Wishing you a good Wednesday.
