Last week I thought my festive trip would be terrible and abolish due to the Event that took place in Portharcourt right here unfortunately it turned out great.
I came back from Port Harcourt on Saturday 16 and traveled immediately to Lagos with my husband and son on Sunday 17 for the festive holiday.
It was a hectic journey but I am glad it turned out safe. Am in Lagos now Badagry to be precise and am loving my adventure, and festive holiday.
Today I decided to take a Wednesday walk visiting my "Mother' In-law farm", it's a combination of Fish farm, pineapple farm, banana farm, plantain farm, and so on..
My sister in law actually took me there and my son decided to tag along,
It was a narrow bush part and the view was natural.
On reaching the farm the first thing that captured my eyes was the newly hatched fingerlings My mother Inlaw hatched.
We call these stages of Catfish "Fries", they are a bit much, covered about 5 ponds.
The farm is amazing, had a combination of both big and small catfish plus its spacious enough to plant enough edible crops
Here we have some cassava plant which have not matured yet but its a stage
I love the fact she planted the crops in a uniform manner, seeing these for a second i thought it was pumpkin plant, found out later it was "Cocoyam"
I definitely knew this the moment I saw it, "Pepper" . Who doesn't 😀
Pinapple crops was much, got a quick snap on the one bearing fruit. It looks beautiful too.
My last capture was this stunch banana, Haven't matured yet, its a gradual progress, from the looks of things the growth is excellent.
And that is the end of my tour to the farm. 😁
Till we read again, Kudos!
