I'm working at the office this entire week, so I have to make my lunch break walks in quite an urban environment. There really isn't a lot of nature around all the office buildings... or is there?
The weather was cooperating yesterday; there was a nice blue sky with just a few little white clouds.
As I mentioned there isn't a lot of nature around the area where my office is located. And apart from that it is still winter. But when you look closely, you can always find nature. Even in urban areas.
Along the sidewalk in the grass I spotted some snowdrops. These are often the first flowers that show up when the winter ends.
A bit further down the road I even spotted an entire group of them...
I really like the contrast between the green and the white.
But it weren't the only flowers that came out. It really seems spring is arriving.
I also spotted a lot of these yellow crocuses. There are also purple ones, but unfortunately I didn't spot those yet.
Also the trees are noticing it's becoming spring. This is a branch of a hazel. Not too good news for those who have hay fever because it will produce many pollen.
I also like the pattern in the bark of this tree.
As a bonus I'm posting a photo which I didn't take during my walk, but when I was cycling home.

Photographing is my passion. Although I like photography in general, nature photography is one of my favourite subjects. I often go out with my camera for a hike to capture the beauty of nature.
I'm sharing my photos on Hive, Noise.Cash & APPICS.
I would love to read what you think of my photos in the comments.
