Hello everyone, this is my first time posting in Wednesday Walk community. I want to share some photos and experiences while Dominik and I took our half and hour walk. We often go for a walk here because it is very close to our home and the forest is just 10minutes away. Usually we don't bring phones with us because we never stay too long and also we feel better being cut from phones just for a some time.
The weather was sunny and warm, well spring has come. Maybe we don't bring the phones with us every time but this girl down on the photo is our top 1 company in walk. Her name is Rea. Here I was trying to take a photo of Rea standing but as I crouch she just jumped towards me.
She really enjoys jumping across the canals.
Also we took a few pictures of flowers that welcomes the spring. It is really great to see species waking up.
This is favorite part of the walk for Rea since this canal is full of oak leafs making it interesting for her to run in it.
After about 10 minutes walk we got to the tiny forest of oak and hornbeam. Every time when we go pass that forest or go in it we comment how it looks like a green carpet. This forest is very small and is surrounded by agricultural fields.
One interesting thing also is that there is a couple of agricultural fields that are not used anymore and you can see how the forest slowly spreads to the fields. One of the first species that will grow on this fields are Silver birch and few species of willow.
I really love this half and hour walk, just being outside in nature is absolutely irreplaceable feeling.
I really don't know what name is used in english vocabulary for this but we call it čeka. I think that it is not in use anymore, the roof is all damaged and it doesn't gives you the vibes for climbing inside.
Trying to take a cool photo.
On the news they say that the rain should fall this week and I really hope it would because it didn't rain for some time in this area and that is not very common. The soil is hungry for water.
And that is all for this post, I hope you liked it.
Enjoy your day.🌱😇
