Aside from my Mom who happens to be my best friend, I also have my long time girl friends. Here's I am, flexing my awesome gals:
- Jasmine (a BS Agribusiness student);
- Car (BS Marketing Management student & a blogger);
- Trix (our future Civil Engineer);
- Tracy (a BS Development Communication student);
- April (the amazing Tita); and
- Your's truly, future Licensed Agriculturist.
Among the five of them, I got to know Jasmine since 2014. We're in Grade 8 when we became classmates and eventually, be friends. On the next School Years, we're still classmates up to Grade 12. Until now, we're good.
Weekends. Since we are all busy with our own lives, we seldomly get together. Saturday and Sunday are the days when I and my girls often see each other in exchange of some hours to catch up & bond.
As we stepped up to college, getting along with the six of us seems so impossible. Why not? Our courses demands all of our time & attention. And yesterday, 31st of July, we finally made it happen again as Trix celebrates her 21st birthday.
However, we aren't still complete. Tracy were so busy in their church and can't come with us, sad.
In this blog, let me share how our Sunday gala went. 🍃
Around 10:00AM. I begun packing up my clothes for our sleepover, yes. We'll gonna have an overnight at Trix's place as her parents allowed us, finally! Actually, Papa didn't permitted me to go but still, I go. Hihi!
My friends & I decided to meet by one o'clock in the afternoon. But, I opt to leave the house by 11:30AM to attend at my personal errands. After I packed up and readied myself, my younger brother drove me to the national road to wait for a public utility vehicle (PUV).
Around 11:45AM. Got to step at the town proper and immediately walk to the nearest Jollibee branch to eat my lunch.
Goes to the counter to order and I had C2 meal with spicy chicken joy + double-rice + iced tea good for only PhP 123.00.
I fasten up my phase as I ate this meal coz I still need to have a haircut at our favorite salon.
Around 12:25PM. Finally entered the salon that I mistakenly known as "Cut Encarnacion." Omo! The spot isn't our favorite salon, anymore. Thus, it's still a salon so I just stand on what I've done, sat down, and waited for my turn.
Jasmine came up more earlier and she accompanied me at the salon. Always supportive ey! After the long wait, tadaaa! Here's how I look.
What do you think? Am I pretty? Oh, sheesh. That's just because of the magic of filter, LOL! Omooo! I so love having a short hair, feels so relaxing & calm. 💜
Around 1:40PM. I and Jasmine arrived in this certain spot located at the grounds of Municipal Hall known as "pyramid."
After awhile, Car came too and then we walk again to look for a tricycle. Minutes passed by and we arrived in our destination, to Trix's house. Yey!
On the next hours, we got so occupied doing random things. Eat here, talk there and such. And, here's our gift to her.
It's been years since we last came to their house and that's on her 18th birthday. Well, college life starts and a global pandemic happens.
On the very same day, I got to experience another "first time." First time to sleep at a friend's house which happens to be filled with enjoyment, fun talks & laughter. Until next time, gals! ✨
