The entire week was soaked in heavy rain, all day, every day in the entire Philippines. It can be heavy or light at times, but it never stops. It was only last month that a tropical storm and two low pressure areas were observed within the Philippines' area of responsibility.
Fortunately, tropical storm "Malakas" has passed outside of the PAR. However, "Agaton," the low pressure persists but is dissipating so slowly that it may be gone by the end of the week. I'm hoping so because I've got a lot of laundry to do this weekend. Lol
Let's get back to these kids. When was the last time you experienced something like this? When all you can think about is playing and playing. There are no other things to consider. There are no problems to fix. There are no obligations or bills to pay. I wish I could go back in time to when I was this age.
I used to enjoy playing and running in the rain. When I open my mouth and try to catch every raindrop. When it rains heavily, my cousins and I like to jump in a flooded area, but we get scared when there is lightning and thunder.
You can tell how happy and free they are by the way they smile. They enjoy the way things are. Without considering the possibility that they may become sick after playing, that they may get injured, or that they may be involved in an accident because they are just playing in the middle of the street.
This, you see, is the main distinction between children and adults. This is the place where wonderful memories begin. Friendship is developed. Values are acquired through experience. Hearts are still pure and innocent.
These memories will live on and will be treasured for the rest of one's life. We might get hurt while playing, but that won't stop us from continuing to play. We may get sick and be chastised by our parents for going out without their permission, but they still love us and would allow us to play again.
I miss being a kid so much. I really miss and love my once-cute and young self.

How about you guys? What's your favorite childhood memory?
