I've been to different tourist spots in Taiwan during my vacation, yet my favorite destination was the Houli Farm. Before my flight, one of my officemates mentioned this place and showed me some photos taken during her trip. Instantly, I was interested as I had never been to a flower farm. Well, yes, I only started traveling locally in 2021 because I was burned out. Aside from that, it is the time when I can already afford, lol. So, I visited only a few places.
The flower farm was located in Houli District, Taichung City, Taiwan, and since we were going to Taipei, our companion dropped us here for a while. They didn't join but assisted us in purchasing our ticket. It cost 120NT.
Entrance started and way to the ticket booth.
As we entered, this is what we saw first.
Could anyone read the letters form by trimming? It could be related to the Farm's name. I have a lot of photos here, but only now have I noticed that the ground was the focus rather than the subject: me.
It seemed the husband needs more training for future travels 😄.
Other plots were vacant; perhaps that is the area of seasonal flowers such as tulips. Yet this Petunia X Hybrida is starting to bloom.
However, looking around, there are some areas where you properly landscape and flower buds are growing healthy.
I forgot what country I saw these sights, but it was great. It gives vibes not only in TW but also from other well-known tourist destinations. For those fond of taking photos with such a background, you don't have to worry; there is a space where you can walk and pose!
A few walks away was a white carriage similar to Cinderella.
wait for the horse and the chauffeur
We did for a while, and as I sit, I can't help but admire these flowers.
What about this smiling one?
Witty but made smile though.
I only took a few walks, which are different flower beds. I am only familiar with daisies.
The Farm was indeed spacious, and there was a lot to see. Aside from flowers, they included several areas suitable as photo booths.
Heart shape for couples? It could be for family too.
A frame? Though it was regretful, flowers planted here aren't in bloom.
If you're tired of walking, you can sit here for a while and relax on the swing! On the other side, you can see a truck and a few people working on something.
Hubby is now improving. I was wondering here if I visited at the right time. Did you notice a wide lavender field that, sadly, is not yet in full blossom?
Even at the piano design chair, it look tiny but dull.
Thus, that only I thought as we go down, there we find the colorful flower fields!
It is so lovely in sight; my eyes are full!
And here is the Piano area I saw in my officemate photos.
I couldn't resist taking many photos here with my husband as I was thinking of printing an album like a book for our beautiful memories.
Getting a photo of us was challenging as our tripod couldn't stand the windy weather—I made a mental note to purchase a durable one.
What about a last pose here?
This tests my balancing skills 😄.
But it doesn't content me by just taking photos in those spots but also try to walk around and feel the fragrance and ambiance.
Hubby isn't fond of buying me a bouquet, but this gesture of bringing me to a flower farm was better.
