helloππ½ππ½ it's midweek again and I'm a bit excited to share to you my activities this half of the week...Today I welcome this day with so much gratefulness and a promising peace,a renewed morning and a fresh beginning at an early hour of the day..
I got up early today to have a morning walk just nearby..It's 7 o'clock in the morning and I'm still in search for the sun to rise but unfortunately while walking along the street, sun rose to the other side of the place
..today I just feel the fair weather, a perfect weather for a stroll this morning..
The place was very quiet and peaceful, no motors crossing on the street, and no other people walking around..it's just me and my kid walking around the Mart..
How beautiful it was to do this morning routine..I felt a bit alive and awakened..my whole body system felt the change..
It's a great feeling to start the day with just a simple routine like walking,practice mindfulness and calmness..feeling the green trees that surrounds while gently focused on the refreshing and soothing atmosphere at an early hour of the day..
Morning routine such as doing stretching,inhale and exhale,these are just simpler but very refreshing to start the day at a slow pace..Noticing the surroundings like the morning lights,the fresh air,and swaying leaves of the trees or even simply enjoying the stillness and quiet moment of the place where just enough to keep calm and energy overflowing..
Every steps I've made became a simple meditation,and a reminder that every breathe is a beautiful gift,a fresh beginning to start the day right..
