Hello@Wednesday walk community how are you?I hope you're all doing great this midweek despite feeling heavy because of some sad news that's happening in the wider world..One thing that made me continue my daily life is that I always give myself a time to pause and break for a while instead of feeling worried about.
The weather today seemed very fine that I always appreciate this lovely day to do walking at the park.
I stayed under the big green trees, hearing the beauty of the noise of the green leaves.
While watching kids roaming around the park,seeing them smiling at enjoying playing different activities made me realized for a moment how beautiful to be like a kid again,no worries and no overthinking...
It took us several hours to stay at the park.I just silently sit at the bench reflecting about many things..It's the best moment ever,when you started to pause,break and reflect feeling the beauty of the nature that surrounds me..
This midweek has been a very busy for me,I always feel light and relieved whenever I am with this simple scenery..This reset everything.It's amazing how these green trees turned my day into a very memorable one..
A simple moments of calm and joy staying in the park turned into an extraordinary one..The trees reminded us to take things slowly and not hurriedly,to take small details without rushing and most of all teaches us to breathe slower,inhale fresh and exhale negative vibes..
