Happy Wednesday hivers!!!!
It's been 4 months since I started walking with a goal of 10k steps a day.I am doing this for my health.
It was November 2025 when I learned that I am having a hormonal imbalance and according to the OBGYNE I was consulting is because of my weight .I need to loss to weight so my monthly period will back to normal again.
The doctor advices me to take a walk everyday .I was started for a 30 minutes walk until I can walk for two hours. For that two hours I can accumulate 8km with a 10k steps.
From doing it by solo for almost 3 months ,I able to create a group now and I called it the "walking buddies ". It's my neighborhood anyway.
They are amazed on how walking changed me and motivates them to do it as well.
I am glad that my walking journey motivates other person's who struggling different body problems.
Some of them experiencing high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
With a medication and walking as our exercise ,I can say that it really helps us to have a healthy body.
Aside of that ,I am happy to have my walking buddies now coz there are times I got scared on walking alone. There are times that I am not sure for my safety upon walking along the road.
I am glad that to know also the positive results of our check ups just a few weeks ago.
Although it's a bit tiring to do ,imagine we woke up at 4am to prepare our selves coz we started walking at 4:30 in the morning and got home around 6:30 am and started preparing our breakfast and othe things as a mother need to do hihi.
But I can say that it's all worth it.
Anyway ,here's my walking buddies ...
Although there are times honestly that I felt tired but still I am trying not to make an absent for walking so did it just strolling around in our backyard for 30 minutes hihi.
For the 4 months of walking ,I am happy to see the progress on me.
(This is me before my walking journey)
And this is me now ...
Hoping I can continue doing this and loss more weight.Hopefully I can encourage my self on not get tired in doing this everyday. Its not easy but I have to do it.
And that's it for my #Wednesdaywalk.
Thanks to sir for this community.
Have a great day everyone and happy Wednesday!!!!
