It's raining when I got to school
Good afternoon everyone. I am home from school today.
This morning, when I woke up, the sky was gloomy and dark. I thought it was nice because the weather is not very hot. Hot temperatures make me grumpy. It was around 6 a.m. when it started to drizzle. I like it because it has been very hot for the past few months. I like soft rain, it makes me feel comfortable. When I was done with my breakfast and about to dress up, I heard the rain was already pouring. And when I was walking out our house gate to wait for my ride to school, the rain started to get harder and harder. I am glad the trike came before it got harder. I was riding a trike, and the rain started to get inside, and my uniform got a little wet. The road started to look dark and slippery. I like rain, but I don't like traveling when it's raining. It was not bad, but I did not expect the rain to be that hard. I am glad my mom brought an umbrella with me. When I got to school, it got colder, and I forgot to bring my jacket. The rain stopped for maybe an hour after that.
I am home now, and it is very humid again. The rain did not last long. I think it's going to rain again tonight. I hope so because I want to get a good sleep.
