Hello, hiking fanatics all over the globe! It was just recently when my body was calling for a countryside walk. I'm a little bit worried about my health. I thought there was something wrong with me due to my irregular menstruation. After I had done my laboratory, it was found out that I was pregnant😍.
I thought being pregnant could hinder my adventurous life during the weekend but when I consulted my obstetrician, she told me that everything was in great condition and thus, I could do some simple walk.

The Fierce Driver
It has been 3 years that I have been driving my motorcycle and my confidence in overcoming bumpy and tricky roads started to level up. From being a hesitant driver to a fierce one was another goal achieved. The road to going there was tough and perilous. As always, RM was at my back as my travel buddy.
Traveling amidst these towering mountains made this travel so amazing. We left home at 9:00 a.m. and the sun started to be blazing however, I wasn't able to feel its scorching heat due to the cool sensation from the trees that surrounded the tricky road.
Since we were here to explore and enjoy hiking, we needed to leave our motorcycle in the safest place. Nowadays here in our place, criminals are rampant.
The journey of good companies
Everything was green, no car noises were heard and the welcoming chant of the bird was relaxing to our senses. Reconnecting with Mother Earth was instantly felt. There were no houses seen, the vast field was occupied for farming. They have planted corn, and they have grown healthy. The soil is good for crops.
The deafening silence of nature was felt in this place. We started feeling the flaming heat of the sun as we took a walk on this open field, so vast that some parts of the land were not cultivated. Domestic animals enjoyed the abundance of the grasses in this area. Here, the farmers left their cows and goats so they could eat freely in these healthy grasses.
I was expecting a short-distance walk, but this was the contrary. After surpassing this open field, we reached the small river where the carabaos enjoying themselves soaking in it. We enjoyed crossing the river, making sure not to get wet. We cautiously did it.
This mini-forest is located along the road of Sab-a San Rwmegio, Cebu. It keeps on providing a cool breeze to the passers-by due to the green leaves that are so thick. I love this setting and I'm so inspired to have seen how they value the trees here.
This was just a sort of taste to us especially for the first time to step on this place. With the set of companions on this journey, there were children with us, I found it interesting, that tiredness was not reflected in their eyes. Their unwavering determination served as a motivating factor to all of us. The more we get motivated to move forward.
The Means of Living
This simple trek was unexpected and it turned out that a massive adrenalin rush was felt as we traverse amidst this woods. Various kinds of plantation were seen, it was located at the foot of the mountain. There was a wide area for pineapple plantations here too.
As always observe in every walk at the foot of the mountains, seeing the wild guavas can be so tempting. We cannot resist our cravings and are so excited to get some. These guavas have grown everywhere and need not too much care. There are plenty of fruits that are enough for all of us. They are sweet, delicious and nutritious.
I was so glad about this trip. It is healthy to take a walk with nature, and I'm so thankful that I was able to do it. I have a happy companion too.
This was my first walk in my first trimester and honestly, I feel good. We went home with a day full of fulfillment.
