Happy Wednesday Walk!

Kind of funny ever since the hurricane, we have had the best weather for this time of year that I can remember. When I was a kid every Halloween was snowy or rainy, but we have been warm and dry with blue skies. Just crazy!

Most to many of our colorful leaves happen to have fallen already. However, this maple is bucking the trend. It still has ample green with a frosting of yellow. Not too many bicolor trees around here.

Let's mosey on down the road a ways and see what we can see...

Well I tried this shot three times. I was hoping to catch a falling leaf, but it either didn't catch it in time or it blended in so well it wasn't worth the effort lol. Seems like things often don't work out the way I hope they would.

I have often passed by this wooden "thing" for years without really knowing what it was used for. To me the only thing I can come up with is a horse tie perhaps.

My neighbor that has plenty of means, has generously provided this seat along the roadway for the walking public. Pretty cool.

This is another bust. I went to F22 because usually it will give some nice sunrays which it did, but I also got a second sun lol.

This one is a bit better.

Perhaps it is because I have been preoccupied with the move, but it seems our colors were quite short lived. Maybe it is on account of the strangely nice weather and the trees are thrown off kilter by it.
