Everyone knows that walking is useful. And that you need to walk at least 5 km a day. And who likes to walk? I like :) My children are another generation and it is very difficult to invite them for a walk with me. And here I am on the days when I do not go to the city and do not have a lot of work related to repairs in my house - looking for an opportunity to go for a walk.
And here is such an opportunity :) Getting up in the morning, I suddenly saw that there is no cream for my morning coffee! Yesterday I was in town and after buying groceries, I forgot to buy cream. Since I now live in the cottage town KM Bruhsell
which is located in a pine forest at a distance of 3 km from the town of Bryukhovychi, and the nearest grocery store 1.5 km, I have the opportunity to walk :)
At first my path lies along the cottages, and on the left a wall of pine forest. I go enjoying the winter. Although the snow began to melt and around are the puddles, it is still beautiful. Among the pines there are red oaks. But one of the neighbors was stacking a pile of firewood because he has a fireplace. There are many people who have made a second backup option for heating the house in case of rising gas prices.
I go out on the track and move along the road, where there is no more snow. The first object on the left is the fire service. Oh, this is important for forest dwellers! The bus stop is called the "Fire Department".
Here on the house the motto is written: to prevent, to save, to help!
And next to it is a house that I admired 30 years ago, when I was riding a bus from the village to the city and saw it from the bus window. He then looked new and beautiful. Time destroyed it. It needs restoration. But people continue to live here.
I continue along the white stone fence, behind which there was once a military unit. It is now inoperable, but some people believe that ammunition could remain here and it is dangerous to live here.
But people have live and lived here for a long time. This is evidenced by old houses along the route. Here is a classic house that was typical in the days of my grandfather and great-grandfather. In the middle of the house there is a small veranda that protected the house from the cold during the severe winter.
And then a beautiful modern yellow house among the pines. It may have been built at a time when there was no such heavy traffic here, but now I would not want to live so close to the road.
Finally I came to "Savran" Bakery, where you can buy exclusive bread, croissants and cakes.
On the way back I will go there, but first I go to a small grocery store "Galychanka", which is located on the turn to the famous "field of wonders". Why such a name? Very rich people built houses here, so miracles :)
I go to the store and look around - what good can be bought here. Unfortunately, there is very little I can choose for myself. There is no fruit, but it's good that there is cream for coffee :) You can go home and drink coffee 😀
On the way back, near the modern "Moto Zone" Motel, there is a small "Savran" bakery, and I go there to buy coffee delicacies.
There are several tables inside to drink hot tea. And a very beautiful Christmas decor on the windowsill.
A guest is waiting for me at the turn from the road to the forest, where our cottage town is located. We take a few photos and are happy to immerse ourselves in the silence of the winter pine forest.
And here are the goodies for coffee. After such a wonderful walk, the coffee tastes very good!
