Spring by the Baltic Sea /50 photos/

After long and snowy winter, we are celebrating spring coming. At last!	После долгой и снежной зимы мы празднуем приход весны. Наконец-то!
I started my walk at about midday. That was a sunny day with light wind blowing gently. Where to go? That was an easy question - to the sea, for sure!	Я начала свою прогулку около полудня. День был солнечный, дул легкий ветерок. Поэтому вопрос "Куда идти?" был легким - к морю, только к морю!

My house is just in some minutes walk from the Baltic Sea. So, I left home and went in the shore direction.	Я живу всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Балтийского моря, так что я вышла из дома и направилась в сторону моря.

It is only a couple of days since trees in the town started getting green - with super young baby leaves, and the brightly green grass, after long time of watching only whiteness of the snow, made my soul glad.	Кажется, еще пару дней назад деревья стояли голые, и вот уже на них появились первые, нежные листочки. Они, как и ярко-зеленая трава, радуют сердце после долгого созерцания белизны снега.
Pigeons are pecking at something in the grass. Have the worms already appeared? Or did someone give them some grains?	Голуби что-то клюют в траве. Неужели уже червячки появились? Или кто-то насыпал им зернышек?

There are also stands with information on what you can and cannot feed birds and squirrels with.	Здесь же установлены стенды с информацией, чем можно и нельзя кормить птиц и белок.

Spring is coming! Flocks of birds above my head, one after another, they are flying returning home from the south. They have not an easy trip ahead - across the sea - but "home, sweet home" is calling them.	Весна идет! Стаи птиц над моей головой, одна за другой, они летят, возвращаясь домой с юга. Им предстоит нелегкий путь – за море, – но «дом, милый дом» зовет их.

It was not warm by the sea, but people got tired of winter. I could see adults taking a walk and children playing by the sea, but I was trying not to catch them on my photos. This construction was built from stones by someone.	У моря было еще прохладно, но люди устали от зимы. Я видела и гуляющих взрослых, и детей, играющих у моря, но старалась, чтобы они не попадали в кадр. Это сооружение было построено кем-то из камней.

Small snags of trees on the shore. They have been sanded by the sea and look beautiful.	Небольшие коряги деревьев на берегу. Они были отшлифованы морем и выглядят красиво.

Here is a pebble with a fish painted on it by nature. It looks like fish, doesn't it?	Вот такой камешек с рыбкой, нарисованной на нем природой. Правда, похоже?

Primroses - the first spring flowers - bloomed somehow suddenly. It seems like yesterday they were not there, and here it is, a joy to the eyes. Bumblebees are feasting on their nectar with might and main, and even such an annoying photographer like me cannot stop them. On the green lawns in the city, they grow somehow in small islands, and by the sea the flowers grow thicker, although not everywhere either. One or two warm days more - and there will be more of them, the lawns will become more colorful.

Первоцвета - первые весенние цветы - расцвели как-то внезапно. Кажется, ещё вчера их не было, и вот она, радость для глаз. Шмели вовсю лакомятся их нектаром и даже такой назойливый фотограф как я не может им помешать. На зелёных газонах в городе они растут как-то маленькими островками, а у моря цветы растут погуще, хотя тоже не везде. Ещё один, два теплых дней - и их станет больше, лужайки станут красочней.
