Here is a late night stroll for this #wednesdaywalk by
I had a walk in my village's downtown area just for some fresh air after slaving in front of a hot computer all day. The first sight is a vespa that is a mascot for a little Italian restaurant.
Here is a mini museum in a 1890 era historical building. I'm sure when this was first built this whole town was still cornfields.
The firehouse has some ominously lit bronze statue.
Now for some window shopping. This downtown area is mostly just restaurants and specialty shops. This is an antique store.
This store is a nick nack sort of gift shop. Lots of things that you can buy here for random gifts for people.
Here is a second hand store with lots of fancy items. People around here like to redecorate their houses all the time so the second hand stores are pretty posh with high end trinkets.
Here is a cycling gym where they play loud music and yell at you while you pedal as fast as you can. It is hilarious to see mostly middle aged and older women in here with a graffiti backdrop with a 20 year old yelling at them blasting rap music.
Now for some left over Halloween scarecrow decorations.
I think the middle schools nearby had class projects where they each got a different light post to decorate with scarecrows. Most look pretty beat up lol partially because of the rain and probably partially because the kids were not too enthused about having to make a scarecrow.
This kind of stuff is what nightmares are made of lol.
This one is rather sad looking lol, quick the assignment is due in an hour throw something together man.
I noticed a Junk Genie van parked nearby, perhaps the city called them to remove all these scarecrows...
On my walk a temptation hit me, a chocolate store...
I ended up buying a triple chocolate mousse cake thing, so much for the calories I burned off on the walk. That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)
