Here are a few spring sightings for this #wednesdaywalk
The tree swallow welcomes me on the trail sign that tells me not to litter. These guys are some of the first to fill up all the bluebird boxes in the prairie forest preserves.
The coyotes look like they are finding lots of rodents to eat. For some territorial reason they like to poop right in the middle of the paths.
Meanwhile here is some of what the coyote likes to eat if he is fast enough. The chipmunks are out and cheeping loudly.
This guy has a nice condo in a tree stump. Elevated off the ground from coyotes and snakes.
Speaking of snakes, I almost had this guy in my hand. It was sunning itself on the path and it slipped out of my hand as I grabbed it. Thankfully it didn't have a change to do its defensive poop.
The turtles are out as well, just saw these sliders and painted turtles. No snappers yet.
Everything is fresh and green from all the rain and the lake nearby my house.
These little geese hatched off a neighbor's balcony then did the walk through the streets all the way to the lake.
My wife got ahold of my phone and took a bunch of flower pictures... Now I have to back stuff up to the cloud lol.
That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)
