Taking walks has become one of my favourite exercises; it’s one of the many exercises I can do effortlessly without any supervision or gym membership, keeping me grounded.
My short walks always do the trick for me. Whenever I am overwhelmed or feel unhappy, I quietly go for my calm walks, and every time I do this, I feel lighter and more alive, and for a moment, it does seem like the perfect antidote to all my stress and worries. All of it disappears in a twinkle of an eye, and I am always surprised!
I always recommend long walks to anyone who cares to listen because I know the importance of it. So, if you’re reading my post today, please take that long walks anytime you can, and you can take it a notch higher by making it a daily ritual😃
Walking was always my go-to exercise when I was pregnant and after childbirth. Yes, it was recommended by a doctor, but I took it seriously and I was always satisfied with the results.
A few days ago, I took a walk around these random places, enjoying all of nature's goodness and all the wonders of architects and engineers who continue to blow our minds with these incredible structures. I didn’t hesitate to take some pictures of this beautiful neighborhood, glad I did after all, because I get to share them with my Hive friends.
The weather was perfect, and I was ready to cover as many steps as I could. I’m still performing mummy duties but there’s no way I’m stopping my daily walks!
This is my entry to #wednesdaywalk challenge which was introduced to the Hive community a few years ago.
It was nice to finally join this challenge after procrastinating for so long.
Thank you for reading my blog, see you around.
