Double carriage, figurine of the Middle Bronze Age. Found in the village of Dupljaja. On the territory of the municipality of Bela Crkva (Banat, Serbia) at the beginning of the twentieth century.

Leonard Bem bought them from an unknown inventor. They were in fragments and he reconstructed them with someone's craft help.
Two found specimens were in the collection of Leonard Bem until 1929, when his son Karl sold a specimen with swamp birds to the National Museum in Belgrade, and the other, smaller, to Felix Mileker for the City Museum of Vrsac. The carts are made of baked clay and skillfully modeled with decorative ornaments filled with white paste. The chariots are circular in shape and contain a figure of a male deity dressed in women's clothing with a wide skirt. The wolf is two bar birds, and the third is in the place of the coachman. They are considered to be a fertility deity, and possibly a sun deity.

The sculpture that was placed was made on the basis of a wheelchair located in the Belgrade Museum ... and the most precious example of a prehistoric exhibition of the Bronze Age ..

I tried to find the excavations where the cart was found ..... But the archaeologists seem to have buried the site or I did not find the right one ....
A small hill of land overgrown with grass .... And only a trace of digging ....

The road is carved into the hills .. I can see a wall of sand and a lot of holes ... Some birds come here during the summer ..

This part also falls into the Deliblato Sands ....

Also nearby are Zagajacka brda ..
We tried to get there but we arrived at 12 o'clock and the sun was very strong .... We couldn't walk for half an hour. There was no shade anywhere ... So we visited Dupljaj, saw the sculpture ... And took a short walk around ....
