Park je nastao tridesetih godina 18. veka. Ogromno zemljiste dato je u posed Francuskoj plemickoj porodici Seribl, kada nastaju prvi zasadi drveca. Zbog velikih dugova opstina grada Vrsca otkupljuje posed. U parku je sagradjena i rezidencija poslednjeg Turskog Vrsackog Age, koji je odbio da preda Austrougarskoj imanje i poklanja svojim sugradjanima Vrscanima. Park je par puta ozbiljno ostecen i to u oba svetska rata. Cesto se sredjuje i obnavlja. Nekad je ispred parka tekao i potok, Jovanov potok, koji je losom odlukom smesten u cevima i zatrpan. Inace grad Vrsac je ispresecan potocima koji imaju svoje mostove stare par vekova.
The park was created in the thirties of the 18th century. Huge land was given to the French noble family Seribl, when the first tree plantations were created. Due to large debts, the municipality of the town of Vrsac is buying up the property. The residence of the last Turkish Vrsac Age was also built in the park, who refused to hand over the property to Austria-Hungary and donate it to his fellow citizens of Vrsac. The park has been severely damaged several times in both world wars. It is often tidied up and restored. There used to be a stream in front of the park, Jovanov potok, which was placed in pipes and buried by a bad decision. By the way, the town of Vrsac is intersected by streams that have their bridges a few centuries old.
Danas je omiljeno mesto za izlet, pluca grada, ogromna i stara stabla drveca koja predstavljaju osvezenje i hlad vrucih letnjih dana. Park je prelep u sva godisnja doba. Omiljeno izletiste, mesto za setnju, trcanje, citanje knjiga i igru.

Park poseduje i decije igraliste, a prava atrakcija je cuvena fontana. Vrsac treba posetiti zbog svojih lepota uzivati u ovom divnom parku.
