Hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes sobre una maravilla natural que acabo de visitar con mi familia. Se trata de La anteriormente conocida como Playa la Caranta. Actualmente ha evolucionado y hoy se presenta como el Parque Recreacional La Caranta, un espacio protegido que combina belleza natural, seguridad y conciencia ecológica. Ubicada en Pampatar, Isla de Margarita, esta playa ha sido resguardada por autoridades ambientales debido a la presencia de corales y la visita ocasional de especies marinas como delfines y marinas. 🐬🐢
Es una playa que muy pocas veces visito pues me queda bastante alejada de mi casa. Pero ya que ayer estuvimos de cumpleaños mi esposo y yo y el sabiendo que mi deseo es estar en la playa y a él lo que mas le gusta es comer, entonces organizo salir, a una playa y poder comer algo en la orilla.
Normalmente vamos a la playa la Bahía, pero ya cuando llegamos ahí estaba muy full y queríamos un toldo y que estuviera cerquita del mar para poder vigilar a los muchachos, a pesar de que saben nadar uno siempre quiere tenerlos cerca.
Entonces decidimos ir a otra y llegamos a la Caranta. Lo que más me sorprendió fue el nivel de organización y protección que ofrece. Hay presencia constante de Protección Civil y guardaparques que se encargan de mantener el orden, cuidar el ecosistema y garantizar la seguridad de los visitantes. Incluso hay una cuerda que delimita hasta dónde pueden nadar las personas, evitando que se adentren demasiado en el mar. Además, está prohibido el ingreso de animales domésticos, lo cual ayuda a preservar la fauna marina y los corales que habitan en la zona. 🌿
Les puedo decir que está playa es perfecta para familias sus aguas son tranquilas, tipo piscina, ideales para que los niños jueguen sin peligro. Mis hijos la pasaron espectacular y yo disfruté cada momento viendo cómo se divertían en un entorno tan seguro y limpio.
💸 En cuanto a precios, aunque puede parecer un poco más costosa que otras playas, sigue siendo accesible, pues cuentan con toldos en 15$, Platos de comida desde 10$, Cócteles grande 6$, Docena de ostras 3$. También venden helados, bisutería artesanal y otros productos que le dan vida al paseo.
A un costado de la playa se encuentran los botes de pescadores locales, quienes continúan con sus labores diarias, aportando un toque auténtico y cultural al paisaje. 🚤🐟
La Caranta no es solo una playa, es una experiencia completa naturaleza, seguridad, gastronomía y cultura local en un solo lugar. Me encantó descubrir este rincón y sin duda lo recomendaría para quienes buscan un espacio tranquilo, familiar y lleno de encanto en Margarita. 💙

It is a beach that I rarely visit because it is quite far from my house. But since my husband and I had a birthday yesterday and he knew that my desire is to be at the beach and he likes to eat, so I organized to go out to a beach and eat something on the shore.
Normally we go to the Bahia beach, but when we got there it was very full and we wanted an awning and we wanted to be close to the sea to be able to keep an eye on the boys, even though they know how to swim, you always want to have them close by.
So we decided to go to another one and we arrived at the Caranta. What surprised me the most was the level of organization and protection it offers. There is a constant presence of Civil Protection and park rangers who are in charge of maintaining order, taking care of the ecosystem and ensuring the safety of visitors. There is even a rope that delimits how far people can swim, preventing them from going too deep into the sea. In addition, the entry of domestic animals is prohibited, which helps preserve the marine fauna and corals that inhabit the area. 🌿
I can tell you that this beach is perfect for families, its waters are calm, pool-like, ideal for children to play safely. My children had a spectacular time and I enjoyed every moment watching them having fun in such a safe and clean environment.
💸 As for prices, although it may seem a little more expensive than other beaches, it is still affordable, as they have awnings for 15$, plates of food from 10$, large cocktails 6$, dozen oysters 3$. They also sell ice cream, handmade jewelry and other products that give life to the promenade.
