Caturday, Cats and a Box

The theme for this week's Caturday pictures is "Cats and a Box".

Anyone who has a cat knows how curious they are about the appearance of a new empty box. They just have to check it out, climb in it, and perhaps take a nap in it.

I recently got a package in the mail that came in a box big enough for a cat to easily fit into, so I put on the floor for the cats and then went back to what I was doing. A few minutes later, I heard the cats exploring the box, so I got my camera and went to see what was going on.

I missed the better shot of Pouf trying to get into the box, and Custer, in the box, not letting her. This was after that. Pouf still wanted the box...

Pouf decided to wait under the chair for Custer to leave the box.

Later, after Custer had left the box and it was empty, I moved it to behind the couch in the other room. Then Sassy found the box.
