I did it manually, that is to say, I wrote the questionnaire on the telephone, and we went to the city centre, to the Traki city shopping centre, and to the front of the Luis Mariano Rivera theatre and approached the people to carry out the questionnaire, we attended to 146 people in total, and from there I took the sample of 100 people.
