Ciao again Art Hivers
This is the afternoon session's work, from our Co-Creation meetups yesterday:
It's a pair with the other I shared from the morning session, and is also on heavy card, covering an old excercise in acrylic, which an art holiday guest had left at the Arthouse...
Painting over someone else's work is always for me like a form of collaboration - across time and space!
The pomegranates, green and unripe, in pairs, speak to the figures that are forming in both paintings...
And alongside brilliant concersation as others create in harmony, we weave profound stories and meaning into our work.
I so look forward to these paintings developing, as they seem more free and expressive than my usual approach!
