Here I show you the digital drawing of a character that you commissioned me for an epic fantasy game. I was asked to make a black and white dwarf with a dark style, so I worked with masses of shadow that made great contrasts with the areas illuminated.
ESP: Hola amigos, aquí os muestro el dibujo digital de un personaje que me encargaron para un juego de fantasía épica.Me pidieron hacer un enano en blanco y negro con un estilo oscuro, así que trabajé con masas de sombra que hicieran grandes contrastes con las zonas iluminadas.
Here I show you my work process: first I made a pencil sketch, trying to include the elements that had been requested for the character: crest, beard, ax and round shield.
Aquí os muestro mi proceso de trabajo: primero hice un boceto a lápiz, intentando incluir los elementos que me habían pedido para el personaje: cresta, barba, hacha y escudo redondo.
Later the client asked to adjust the posture and resize the ax, so based on the pencil design I made these adjustments already in digital with photoshop.
Más tarde el cliente pidió ajustar la postura y redimensionar el hacha, así que basado en el diseño a lápiz hice estos ajustes ya en digital con photoshop.
Finally, with the approval of the client, I added details and refined the shapes, trying to minimize the number of contour lines and generate the volumes using masses of black.
Finalmente, con el visto bueno del cliente, añadí detalles y refiné las formas, intentando minimizar el número de líneas de contorno y generar los volúmenes mediante masas de negro.
