I made this painting from life with a bit of artistic licence
Everything in the pic was in REAL life
just not the darling cat...I do wish I had a siamese cat, but alas I am low on dogs and cats here. And I'm not sure when I'll be ready for new ones, still feeling sad from the passing of our dear Sweet monty, the sweet chi of 20 years.
But in my art I can have as many animals as I like
And as it happens I like a lot! Though in this one it is only one.
My own youtube journey (which is currently still new)
has been interesting and pretty fun. To give me structure I invented Floral Fridays to make arrangements from things from my Beach, Wood, Garden, Meadow etc. And thus, it was a natrual progression to then make a painting from the flower arrangement, why not?
I'm hoping by doing MORE I will accomplish More
it is good in theory, I suppose, but sometimes self-imposed deadlines ARE a good thing.
