Greetings Hive friends, I hope you are having a great day and I wish you a successful start to the week. I'm Elvis Sanchez, and I'm pleased to welcome you to this space dedicated to drawing. After an absence I am back to share some of my drawing work so you can enjoy this little journey into the creative process of my illustrations.
Despite my daily work, I have found a bit of time to practice the art of drawing, and on occasion I have also taken some photographs that I will share with you later.
To start and as a fan of the world of superheroes, I managed to make another illustration of Wonder Woman's face but personalized, like a cartoon. To achieve this I have used a mechanical pencil with a 2B lead to trace her face paying attention to the details of her strong gaze, nose, lips and hair. I then used the same 2B mechanical pencil to create the skin, applying a layer of smooth graphite to the surface of the paper, then expanding it with a soft bristle brush to create an even surface that brings out the different shades of light and shadow.
I have also used a 6B graphite pencil to darken the shadows and give depth to her face. And for the hair I have used the mechanical pencil again with a 2B lead to create an initial layer with soft strokes, followed by a second layer with the 6B graphite pencil in the darker areas. Finally, I blended the hair with the same soft bristle brush and then used a moldable eraser to give some highlights to the face.
Always remember to keep a steady but light hand to carefully blend and blend the drawing for an even, realistic finish. I hope you enjoy this little journey into the creative process of my illustrations and I'll be sharing more work with you soon.

Soy Elvis Sanchez, y me complace darles la bienvenida a este espacio dedicado al dibujo. Después de una ausencia estoy de vuelta para compartir algunos de mis trabajos en dibujo para que disfruten de este pequeño viaje al proceso creativo de mi ilustraciones.
A pesar de mi trabajo diario, he encontrado un poco de tiempo para practicar el arte del dibujo, y en ocasiones también he tomado algunas fotografías que compartiré con ustedes más adelante.
Para comenzar y como fanático al mundo de los superheroes logre hacer otra ilustración del rostro de la Mujer Maravilla pero personalizado, como dibujo animado. Para lograrlo he utilizado un portaminas con mina 2B para trazar su rostro prestando atención a los detalles de su mirada fuerte, nariz, labios y cabello. Después he utilizado el mismo portaminas 2B para crear la piel, aplicando una capa de grafito suave en la superficie del papel para luego expandirlo con un pincel suave de cerda y así crear una superficie pareja que resalte los diferentes tonos de luces y sombras.
También he utilizado un lápiz de grafito 6B para oscurecer las sombras y dar profundidad al rostro. Y para el cabello he utilizado de nuevo el portaminas con una mina 2B para crear una capa inicial con trazos suaves, seguido de una segunda capa con el lápiz de grafito 6B en las zonas más oscuras. Finalmente, he difuminado el cabello con el mismo pincel suave de cerda para luego utilizar un borrador moldeable para dar algunos toques de luz al rostro.
Siempre hay que recordar mantener una mano firme pero liviana para mezclar y difuminar cuidadosamente el dibujo y obtener un acabado uniforme y realista. Espero que disfruten este pequeño viaje al proceso creativo de mis ilustraciones y pronto estaré compartiendo más trabajos con ustedes.
