Hello again!
In my first post I told you that we played D&D. Since we are in different countries with our friends, we play on a web site called roll20. In Roll20, our characters appear on the map as a small token, and I drew both characters created by my friends and an avatar of my own character for that token.
This image is the view of tokens from roll20.
I want to introduce you to the characters. First of all, I wanted to start with my character. His name is Erebos and he's a tiefling warlock. His warlock patron is a whale with some sort of powerful magic power. Let him tell you how he met his patron. (I hope you are interested)
Erebos
“Two months ago I boarded a ship from Calimport and set out for the Icewind Dale. Those who were on the ship did not hesitate to travel with them at first, but when we approached the Icewind Dale, they started to feel uncomfortable because I did not get off the ship. A group of people and dwarves caught me off guard one night while I was sleeping. I couldn't resist and they threw me into the sea. We were almost at Icewind Dale. For this reason, the water could’ve been minus 40 degrees or something. I'm not sure exactly. When I thought I was going to die for sure, I found myself in a water bubble. The thing under my feet seemed to move and I could breathe. Also, I was not freezing. I was on a big whale and he talked to me telepathically.
The name of that whale is Angajuk. I owe him my life.
He asked me to kill another giant creature that hunted it and showed me that creature in my mind. I don't know how big it is, but it must’ve been a big bird considering the claw marks on the whale. I told Angajuk that I wasn't that strong. He said he would give me strength then and he surfaced me. I met a friend of Angajuk on land. The woman that Angajuk sees as a friend is an elven mage. That woman's grandmother cast the 'Awaken' spell on Angajuk. Engagement has become powerful. The Elf's grandmother is already dead. They don't know why magic has become so powerful. I want to help that whale so I have to get stronger and learn more.”
Azoun
Let's take a look at the Paladin character now. His name is Azoun. As our story progressed, we learned that his real name is something else, but I'm not going to say what his name is.This is his secret. He came to Icewind Dale with a wizard. He used to be a mercenary. There are many gods in the D&D universe. He also worships one of those gods. He tries to bring light everywhere in the name of his God. Oh, that's why a few games ago it almost killed us all :) Erebos thought Azoun was a bigot, but then realized he wasn't.
Ravencaller
Ravencaller - Ah, here is a great example of druid. After my friend described the tattoos of his character, we realized that another computer game character and his character’s raven tattoo were the same. He is from the Goliath race. He can shapeshift into a bear. He has a kind of a magical stone. And with this stone he can summon a very powerful clan chief to fight with us. Ravencaller looks very serious. He is travelling with Lenu, (Lenu looks like a sister for Ravencaller) and protecting her seems to be his priority.
Lenu 1
Lenu- The youngest character in our game. A goliath like Ravencaller. Some kind of parasite lives in his body. We haven't yet learned what kind of parasite it is. Lenu is always honest and inquisitive. Also always hungry :) I actually drew this character twice. I don't like my first drawing, however, the creator of the character prefers my first drawing.
Lenu 2
Actually, there are a lot of things I can tell about them, but I will keep some of their stories for later because I redrew some of the characters :) Now I don't like the way I color these characters. They look very dull, the expressions on their faces are very bad :( After I finished these drawings, I sat down and worked for hours drawing facial expressions. I think I'm better now. You can decide that too in my next post :)
