Quince is one of the most wonderful autumn fruits. It smells sweet and aromatic, like nothing else. Unfortunately, I can't paint any scents. They say that the golden apple of Helen of Troy was also quince.
I made jam from the two quinces in the picture and several kilos more.
I still have plenty of almonds, I just need someone to break and clean them, because I don't have the patience for it anymore.
Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the painting process, so I hope you'll forgive me for that. I worked on it for hours, it was a pure flow experience and I loved it.
Now I'm thinking that it might be worth buying even better quality and smoother paper with cotton content. Lami also paints on that kind of paper, and the paint behaves differently on that than on my textured paper.
