Almost the same two snowdrops, even though different in some details.
The background was made by putting a thin wrapping film on the wet paint surface and crumpling it a bit. Before painting of the background, i covered the snowdrops with masking liquid, which i finally removed. Unfortunately, the masking liquid didn’t cover the white flowers perfectly everywhere, so I had to use white tempera to correct the mistakes.
The process:
I applied the masking liquid then let it dry.
Then i put some colors for the background and covered it with wrapping film.
After removing the film, before removing the masking liquid:
Then i painted the flowers and leaves, using watercolors and white tempera. Finally, i also used white gel pen.
