Friends I bring you this tutorial about Wood Engraving or Paper Sheet with texture, for your logo, with Photoshop, I was seeing many logos with this style and I called my attention to make mine, so I wanted to try to see how I get, then I show you a summary of the step by step I followed, and the final result.
Amigos creativos les traigo este tutorial referente al Grabado en Madera o Hoja de Papel con textura, para tu logo, con Photoshop, estuve viendo muchos logotipos con este estilo y me llamo la atención hacer el mío, así que quise intentar probar a ver que tal me sale, a continuación les muestro un resumen del paso a paso que seguí, y el resultado final.
Grabado en Madera
To begin with I am going to talk about the woodcut effect, where we will learn how to benefit from Photoshop's smart objects to simulate our logo with photorealistic results, making use of multiple layer styles, to carve logos in wood, very practical and easy to do.
Para empezar les voy hablar del efecto de grabado en madera, donde aprenderemos a beneficiarnos de los objetos inteligentes de Photoshop para simular nuestro logotipo con resultados fotorrealistas, haciendo uso de estilos de capas múltiples, para tallar logotipos en madera, muy practico y sencillo de hacer.
➤ We must have at hand the images that we are going to use to make this effect, which are a perspective image to guide us, and the other the wooden background.
➤ Primero debemos tener a la mano las imágenes que vamos a utilizar para realizar este efecto, las cuales son una imagen de perspectiva para guiarnos, y la otro el fondo de madera.
➤ After having the images, we take the perspective image and place it on the upper part, we go to the rectangle tool, and with a sustained click we make the rectangle we need, this with the objective of aligning it to the perspective image.
➤ luego de tener las imágenes, tomamos la imagen de perspectiva y la colocamos en la parte superior, vamos a la herramienta rectángulo, y con clic sostenido realizamos el rectángulo que necesitamos, esto con el objetivo de alinearlo a la imagen de perspectiva.
➤After this we double click on the image and it automatically opens in another tab, there we will place our logo, we hide the image, and we save, once this is done, we return to the previous tab, where we will see that our logo is engraved on the wooden background.
➤Luego de esto le damos doble clic en la imagen y automáticamente se nos abre en otra pestaña, allí vamos a colocar nuestro logo, ocultamos la imagen, y le damos guardar, una vez realizado esto, regresamos a la pestaña anterior, donde veremos que se nos grabo nuestro logo en el fondo de madera.
➤ Here we will duplicate the layer 5 times, and give it different effects, using the layer styles, inner shading, bevel and emboss, drop shadow, satin, pattern overlay
➤ Aquí duplicaremos la capa 5 veces, y le daremos diferentes efectos, usando los estilos de capa, de sombreado interior, bisel y relieve, sombra paralela, satinado, superposición de motivo.
➤ It should be noted that each layer has a different style, where each one will generate an effect to complete itself and form the desired engraving on the wood.
➤ Toca señalar que cada capa tiene un estilo diferente, donde cada una generara un efecto para completarse y formar el grabado deseado en la madera.

This other engraving also caught my attention, I wanted to try how the logo looked with this effect, here are the steps I followed:
Este otro grabado también me llamo mucho la atención, quise probar como se veía el logo con este efecto, a continuación los pasos q seguí:
First we download the corrugated paper type texture image, we place it as background, once we have that, we add our logo.
Primero descargamos la imagen de textura de tipo de papel corrugado, lo colocamos como de fondo, una vez que tenemos esto, agregamos nuestro logo.
We select it with shif control, and eliminate the colors, with the curve effect we give the texture background color, with layer style we add shading, we give it brightness and we go little by little molding until we have the desired result of engraving on textured paper.
Lo seleccionamos con control shif, y eliminamos los colores, con el efecto curva le damos el color de fondo de textura, con estilo de capas agregamos sombreado, le damos brillo y vamos poco a poco moldeando hasta tener el resultado deseado de grabado en papel de textura.
I know it sounds a bit cumbersome, for me it wasn't easy, I still don't have a good command of the layer style, but they are very important tools that you should know how to use to get a better result in the design of the images.
Se que suena un poco engorroso, para mi no fue fácil, aun no manejo bien el estilo de capas, pero son herramientas muy importantes que se deben saber utilizar para obtener un mejor resultado en el diseño de las imágenes.
