I made a visual study of a new painting that i want to make which was supposed to be this one, but I’m not so confident doing it in traditional, so I just continued doing it in digital, and i wanted to see how spontaneous my mind can get with everything in it.
you can tell that i suck at the layer parts because I am not very consistent or just lazy to make things organize, so here are the sketch with colors on it. I don’t know why, but I’m the kind of artist that gets bored on one side and then moves to the next to make progress.
you know what i realize doing the skin tone in digital? It’s just so easy! why? because you no longer have to mix a color and match the same amount of paint to have a consistent color with it. In digital it’s just in the color wheel or swatches
colored the clothes and put a little shadow just to see if it looks good on it, I’m also confused with the lighting even though i have a reference with it.
the background colors are my favorite colors combined, a lighter green and a dark blue, they come good together with black and white and gold or orange in my observation so far, but my subject is color red a contrast of cool colors at the back.

So my favorite part of drawing begins, the doodling, I love wavy and curvy lines, It’s like water to me and a close friend of mine here, commented that it was like a noodle hahaha i laughed, cause i didn’t even think of that. nice to know other peoples perspective on it.
more close up on the doodles side.. yes! It took me a lot of zoom in’s with it but i enjoyed the little repetition of it.

Voila ! done ~ anyways, I’ve already minted this on NFT Showroom but it’s not for sale since this was a part of the raffle draw Hiveph community which was won by missleray ~
