I designed the Frankenpie character about six years ago. Soon after, I wrote a rhyming poem about it. Two years ago, I decided to turn the poem into a children's book.
I haven't advertised this book as much as the piggy books because it doesn't go along with the piggy travel series. It also doesn't sell as much because it's a seasonal book. However, when my grandma ordered a bunch of my books, she said this was her favorite.
Over the last couple years, I kept seeing changes I wanted to make in the book. There were enough changes where I wanted to do a revamp. I wanted to
include some new color combinations and patterns. I decided to do some more advertising of the book this year, too. A few copies are going to be featured in the Salem, Massachusetts Little Free Library this month. So far, my efforts have been successful, as I've sold more copies of this book.
