Photographer Mathieu Stern specializes in experimental portrait. It does not surprise anyone that he is at the initiative of a project that mixes photographed but also drawn self-portrait.
“ I decided to contact an illustrator to ask if she wanted to redraw one of my portraits in her own style. I told him I would create a YouTube video about the process with a team of my favorite artists. She said yes and the result she sent me was so amazing that I started contacting all the illustrators I liked on Instagram. A month later, I had 16 participants and I had a great video of their creative processes,” he told Bored Panda.
