Some days ago I did a post about my parents artistic garden and today I do a post about their house that is maybe more full of art than the garden!
In every corner of the house there are some artistic stuff.
Not only on the walls but also in the living room shelf and in the kitchen.
These are some "speaky houses" made on the wood by my mother, with acrylic colors ans also some particular dolls that she made, looks a little bit scary but I love them. It's all made with recycling materials and are so cool, like cartoons. These ones are situated in a corner of the kitchen close to dishes and mugs.
This one is like a bell. On the wall colored in the same cplours of the wall, but the bells are empty.
Down here we have a lovely spoon on wood for the kitchen painted by my mother, she did many of these spoons during Christmas time she sell them as a gift and are really lovely and cute with many kind of animals on. My mom love to paint animals.
Up there are a portrait of Janis Jplin, my mom love her music so she made her portrait and she put it on the kitchen wall that's why there is the k of kitchen close to the paint, and another speaky house or speaky monster.
As you can see many are the paintings in the house, mostly of girls and women, My mom have really a particular drawing and painting style, her illustrations are really cool. I will dedicate another post to the paintings in the house because are really so many and every paint deserve a description.
So I end there the first part of the house of my parents, I show you the artistic stuff situated in the kitchen and in one part of the living room, next time I will end the living room and I will dedicate a full post to the art studio that's really super big.
