...we have some grey days here in Berlin. Thats perfect to bring all my stuff together and sort out, clean and create at home :)
Today i want to show you a very cool sculpture i made and the canvas where the idea comes from.
Its the "OCTONANAPUS".
Some years ago i painted a canvas with the Banana with Tentacles and never really finished it because i ran out of white then ^^ ... the canvas is always in my floor and the guests and everybody loves it.
One day i decided to bring this "thing" alive and build it in 3D. Today i want to show you how it turned out.

OCTONANAPUS
It was already fun painting this canvas :)
The "Octonanapus" never went out of my head again and i think i will paint it on a wall this summer too.
Took me some time to create it with sculptural mass but i like the result. Some parts was really tricky to do...
I think i will color it this time. I think the Banana needs to be yellow at least. Otherwise you could think it is something different...
