Hello and beautiful evening to you all hivers, I bring to you this portrait drawing post to quickly explain some steps and concepts i follow to make a perfect portrait drawing.
Basically, the major materials I use for my arts are:
- charcoal powder
- cotton bud
- graphite pencil
- tombow eraser
- kneaded eraser
- tissue paper
- saviette paper
All these materials are easy to get.
These are all that are needed to create and produce absolutely a good drawing. All these materials are absolutely the perfect ones to use and are very easy to use. The only thing needed to use these materials is based on the handling and the patience in creating the piece of art.
USES
the charcoal powder is used to create first layer on the outlined sketch before the pencils are then shaded on it to create more details to the drawing. After the pencil has been shaded on it, the cotton bud is used to blend the texture of the shading to the desired smoothness.
the kneaded eraser and the tombow eraser is used to create details and outlines on drawings.
the tissue paper also serves the purpose of blending and creating smooth shadings on drawings. In this too, the saviette performs a close use with the tissue paper.
On this very commissioned drawing, I spent more than 43hours plus to complete this portrait drawing of a man on suit using a eye glass.
