Digital drawing| 🌲 Furogi and his friends! 🌲

Hello dear friends of Hive and OnChainArt!!

Today I share with you one of the most recent works, it is an illustration for a cover of a story! A story in which the main characters are these 3 peculiar friends. They are in charge of collecting goods and transporting them wherever they are sent. Goods from various villages that produce food and materials for survival. Here the most rebellious is this little short-legged bull, who always wants to be sleeping and eating grass, his friend the little chubby bird is always behind him to get things done on time. Furogi, the little boy, is in charge of delivering the goods. So are the adventures of these three friends, they go through many obstacles and several discussions to reach their destination.

¡¡Hola queridos amigos de Hive y OnChainArt!!

En el día de hoy les comparto unos de los trabajos más recientes, se trata de una ilustración para una portada de un cuento! Un cuento en el que los protagonistas son estos 3 amigos bastante peculiares. Ellos se encargan de recoger mercancía y de transportarla a donde se les mande. Mercancías proveniente de varias aldeas que producen alimentos y materiales para supervivencia. Aquí el más rebelde es este pequeño toro de patas cortas, que siempre quiere estar durmiendo y comiendo pasto, su amigo el pequeño pajaro gordito siempre está detrás de él para que haga las cosas a tiempo. Furogi el niño, se encarga de repartir la mercancía. Así son las aventuras de estos tres amigos, pasan por muchos obstáculos y varias discusiones para llegar a su destino.

To start with the illustration, I looked for several references of bulls on the internet and what I wanted to convey in general.

Para comenzar con la ilustración, busque varias referencias de toros en internet y de lo que quería transmitir en general.

I started the initial sketch on traditional paper. When I finished, I took a photo and passed it to the program to start with my sketch.

El boceto inicial lo comencé en papel tradicional. Al terminar tome foto y la pase al programa para iniciar con mi boceto.

Using the Lápiz 6B I started to outline the sketch to transfer it to digital. I did this twice until I got the final result to start painting.

Utilizando el Lápiz 6B comencé a delinear el boceto para pasarlo a digital. Esto lo realice dos veces hasta obtener el resultado final para comenzar con el pintado.

I will start by applying the flat colors. For this occasion I chose some warm colors but with a cold touch.

Comenzaré aplicando los colores planos. Para esta ocasión elegí unos colores cálidos pero con un toque frío.

When I finish these colors I will have them as references to start with the actual painting. For this I will use the Watercolor Brush 1 and the Willow Charcoal Brush, this part is very important since the textures will define the final result.

Al terminar estos colores me quedarán como referencias para comenzar con el pintado real. Para ello utilizaré el Pincel de Acuarela 1 y el Pincel Carbón de Sauce, está parte es muy importante ya que las texturas definirán bastante el resultado final.

When I'm done with the first layer of colors of the character, I'll start with the background. I will also be using the same brushes but with quite dark colors but knowing how to differentiate each object.

Al terminar con la primera capa de colores del personaje, empezaré con el fondo. También estaré ocupando los mismos pinceles pero con colores bastante oscuros pero sabiendo diferenciar cada objeto.

I will be outlining and creating depth effects with the Lapiz 6B.

Estaré delineando y creando efectos de profundidad con el Lápiz 6B

The next thing I will be doing will be to define the background and improve the tonalities of the illustration.

Lo siguiente que estaré haciendo será definir el fondo y mejorar las tonalidades de la ilustración.

From this step on, everything would be to polish the drawing until you get the result that best suits you. Using the same techniques and brushes.

A partir de este paso, ya todo sería pulir el dibujo hasta obtener el resultado que más le favorezca. Utilizando las mismas técnicas y pinceles.
