Greetings friends. This piece I painted was for a plein air with other artistspainted organized in Oreshak. This is a beautiful and quiet village in Bulgaria. There is an old hamlet named "Baba Stana", or in Bulgarian "Baba Stana" with old typically Bulgarian houses, wells, barns. It seems to me that time has stopped here, only memories remain. Also there is a monastery wich is between autmn hills colored with incredible nuances. It was the right time to paint outdoor. So I prepared my stuff and painted few hours whithout any bothering or noise, except a cat who came and dipped her snout in my paints.
She immediately steped back.
I started painting trying to catch the lights and colours of this beautiful place, but the sky became cloudy and I had to move to the art studio to finnish it.
