"Vinland"

Greetings, friends. My latest illustration for the board game Western shores named "Vinland" is done. I'm working with Hive account@manoldonchev on this project. It was a long way to me to find way to paint "Vinland". I made some sketches
and variations, but this one was my choice to present it here. It had to be in a sunset with a lightened rocks and green woods on them. After making the reflections on the water I put one more layer in blue.
I started painting from the sky as always by trying to create some mood of the watercolor painting . This version is a view from high horizon. I am thinking of doing another version with a low horizon. Here are some steps of the process.
