Just review the artwork or something so its fair use ;)
I don't thing you can monetize someone else's artwork randomly even if you escrow it like that. Really cool idea though. Maybe you could review people's artwork on some front end then put THAT payout in escrow for the artist.
RE: Cool bitcoin and tax gifs i found (lets create an on chain art BENEFICIARY royalties placeholder account that pays the original artist when they evebtually signup, leave a comment proving they are the original artist and it can allow them to cashout hive)
